Typically it’s the time for health & wellness resolutions. If this is you, I’d like to encourage you not to rush in to splashing the cash on the newest diet or special bit of kit!
There’s loads of ads and campaigns about what you should do & buy to get you to the place you want to be. It’s worth taking the time to evaluate what exactly you want to achieve and WHY you want to achieve it. Then look at the options that could help you achieve your goals and formulate a plan of action.
Many people come to me after they’ve spent their money on something that doesn’t fit their needs or lifestyle. Often they’re frustrated it didn’t work or are beating themselves up for failing again. But it’s not one size fits all! So take the time to explore your goals and your options.
