You'll be working with either Co-Director and founder Sara or Co-Director Jenny to to create, action and sustain individual health and life changes that fit with you and your current lifestyle so you can take control and thrive in your happiest, healthiest and best self.

Focusing on the physical aspects in your life, that each of us struggle with to different degrees,
but not forgetting the mental & emotional aspects in your life, that so often get left behind.

With daily support and accountability to ensure you stay on track, negotiate life's inevitable curve balls and keep you moving forwards towards achieving your health and fitness goals, whether they be getting competition ready, or just climbing the stairs without getting out of breath! All while nourishing the life you actually enjoy with all its ups and downs.

Sara Southey

Founder and Co-Director Sara is one of the coaches at The Southey Way
you could have the pleasure of working with.

Embodying the core values of The Southey Way with every conversation,
movement and expression she makes.

Jenny Southey

Co-Director Jenny is one of the coaches at The Southey Way
that you also have to choice of working with.

Like Sara, Jenny embodies the core values of The Southey Way
in how she works with clients mentally, emotionally and physically.

A quote from Jenny:

"Doing different can be challenging, trust me I know. Most of my school years I spent a long time
trying my best to "fit in" whatever that meant. I was always bigger, taller and a little awkward.
But what I didn't realise at the time, was that those were my strengths!

And I can safely say, that what brought me into my own, and out of that cycle of pain,
was strength training with strong ass women, surrounding myself with people that encouraged
me to do things MY way, and actively giving less of a sh*t!
