Small Group PT

How it is structured

The sessions themselves are centred around strength and conditioning as a base, building
a solid foundation of movement patterns that transfer over to daily life,
competitions or into even more specific gym goals, using strength as the base will be vital.
The weekly session also includes some METCON -  Metabolic Conditioning
(fancy way of saying we are going to make your heart rate increase, sweat and put those new skills into use!)

These kinds of groups are capped at 4 people, and you must commit to a minimum of 3 months if you sign up.
This is to give you the consistency that you need to build routine and strength,
it also means that you can get to know your training buddies. A sense of community is really
important to us humans so it's our honour to be able to nourish that need in our shed of strength.
That being said, not everyone likes training in a group environment!
So keep in mind that while we provide catered coaching and programming in this option,
it will be involving your lovely teamies, so if you know you can't play nice around others
(or simply enjoy being a lone wolf!), this probably isn't the option for you.

Weekly Group Personal Training

Small Group PT is for those who...

- Want Support

- Enjoy a group environment

- Curious about PT but want to dip their toes in first

- Want to get get stronger and fitter

- Love a good giggle and a bit of silly!

On designated days you and up to 3 others will have a small group session in the Shed Of Strength learning new skills and developing old ones, getting stronger and fitter all the while.

We of course don't just focus on the physical, because you can't have health without life, you will have external support and check ins
as well as a monthly Q&A group call to get into the nitty gritty of what you actually want and need!
