A Story About… Habits

A Story About… Habits

I have a habit of messing up taking videos of important stuff – as you can see from this clip of my daughter’s first ever rock step climb in Wales this weekend.

In my excitement I pressed the record button twice ???? I like to think this was a one off. But I also did it on my husband’s turn of the ascent ????????‍♀️

????What relevance does this have to you, you may wonder?

Well, habits can help or hinder us.

And we get to choose which ones we persevere with!

Mike Foster & I are collaborating on 4th May with our Habit Makers event. Our aim is to help you explore, develop and sustain those habits that help you in your business and personal life.

The Eventbrite link is live for more information and to book your place ???? I promise I won’t do any videoing ????

A Story About … Christmas Charity Shed Social ?

A Story About … Christmas Charity Shed Social ?

The last Shed Social was a lot of fun. We had good chats, hung out in the shed with new and existing friends. Drank tea and coffee of different varieties and grazed from an amazing sharing platter provided by The Oxford Grazing Company.

If you had FOMO from missing the last Shed Social now is your chance to experience the fun.

It was so good, we are doing it again – with a twist.

Our physical health is intertwined with our mental and emotional health. At The Southey Way we work with all three to regain our vitality and help us thrive in our lives.

And in the spirit of the festive season approaching we are holding The Shed Social to raise awareness and funds for Oxfordshire MIND.

Expect:
Some fantastic conversations with brilliant people
Some (non exercise based) games to challenge our minds and bring out the big kids in us
A chance to buy a ticket into the competition to win a Southey Way Consultancy session (all money raise being donated to Oxfordshire MIND)
And, of course, the delish sharing platter
